Pricing

What This Actually Costs.

Every number below is a real starting rate, not a “let's hop on a call” placeholder. Here's what a retainer actually runs, and what changes where it lands.

Most agencies keep pricing off the site on purpose. A number nobody can see is a number that can move depending on who's asking and how much you seem willing to pay. I've been on the other end of a marketing pitch that wouldn't give me a straight figure until the fourth call, and it's not a system I'm going to run myself.

The ranges below are real starting points, not bait to get you on a call. Actual scope, how competitive your trade is in Tulsa, and how much cleanup a previous agency left behind all move the number up or down from there, and I'll tell you which way and why before you sign anything, not after.

Every rate here is a number I'd be comfortable being quoted back to me. If a price doesn't survive being posted in public, it isn't a real price, it's a negotiating tactic.· Casey

Running two or more of these together isn't priced as separate invoices stacked on top of each other. Bundled retainers typically start around 15% below what the same services would cost booked separately, since a lot of the actual thinking (strategy, reporting, knowing the account) overlaps once I'm already in it.

Build Your Own Estimate

What would your retainer actually run?

Toggle on whatever you're actually considering. The bundle discount applies automatically, the exact same way it would on a real quote, so there's no surprise between what you build here and what I'd actually send you.

Bundle discount: 10% on 2 services, 15% on 3, 20% on all 4, applied automatically below. Ad spend is never discounted, it passes straight through to Google or Meta at whatever you set the budget to.

A real starting estimate, not a locked quote. Where you land inside a range still depends on how competitive your trade is and how much foundational cleanup is needed first. Get in touch and I'll confirm the actual number before you commit to anything.

FAQ

Questions worth answering honestly.

Why is pricing a range instead of one exact number?
Because the honest answer depends on the account: how competitive the trade is in Tulsa, how many locations or services are in scope, and how much of the foundational work (schema, tracking, a Google Business Profile that's actually filled out) is already done versus starting from zero. The range is real, not a lowball number designed to get you on a call.
Do you require a contract?
No. Every retainer is month-to-month with no cancellation fee. I keep clients by doing work that's worth paying for, not by locking them into a term they can't get out of.
Is ad spend included in the paid search price?
No, and it never should be. The management fee is what you pay me. Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta and is itemized separately, so you always know exactly what's paying for clicks and what's paying for the person running the account.
Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly rate?
Sometimes, and only when the first month involves real one-time work: fixing a broken Google Business Profile, building tracking that doesn't exist yet, or untangling a previous agency's mess. If that applies, it's quoted up front before you sign anything, never added to an invoice after the fact.
What determines where in the range a retainer actually lands?
How many services are bundled together, how competitive the trade is, and how much foundational cleanup is needed before new work can start.
