This policy covers caseyintulsa.com, an independent marketing consultancy site I run myself. It describes what information gets collected when you visit or use the contact form, and what happens to it. No user accounts, no e-commerce, no data sold to anyone.

What Gets Collected Automatically

Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics (and Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand which pages get read and which marketing channels are actually working. That means Google Analytics cookies get set in your browser, and Google collects things like the pages you viewed, your approximate location (from your IP address, not GPS), your browser and device type, and the site or ad that sent you here. Google's own privacy policy covers how it handles that data on its end. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking sitewide with Google's browser add-on, or block it entirely with your browser's cookie settings.

What Gets Collected When You Reach Out

The contact form on this site asks for your name and email (required), and optionally your phone number, company, website, and what you're looking to learn about. That information, along with your message, gets sent to a private inbox I run myself, not a third-party CRM or marketing platform. If you arrived here through a specific ad or campaign, the form also quietly attaches that attribution data (which channel or ad sent you), so I know which marketing is actually generating real conversations, not just clicks.

How I Use It

To respond to whatever you asked about, and nothing else. Aggregated, anonymous analytics data (how many people visited a page, which channels drove it) gets used to decide what to write about next and where to put ad budget. Your individual contact-form submission doesn't get shared, sold, or added to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the ones Google Analytics and Google Ads use for the tracking described above. There's no first-party tracking beyond that, and no cookie wall, since nothing here requires you to accept anything before reading the site.

How Long Information Is Kept

Contact-form submissions get kept as long as reasonably useful for following up on the conversation, generally no more than a couple of years past the last time we talked. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings, which can be adjusted but defaults to a standard retention window rather than indefinite storage.

Your Choices

If you want to know what's on file from a past contact-form submission, or want it deleted, just say so, either by replying to whatever conversation you already started, or through the contact form on this site. I'll handle it directly since there's no larger organization or support queue standing between you and the actual person who has your information.

Children's Privacy

This site is built for business owners and isn't directed at children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes To This Policy

If what this site collects or how it's used changes in a meaningful way, this page gets updated and the date at the top changes with it. There's no separate notification list, since checking this page is the way to stay current.
